Please make sure you have decided what you want before completing the order form. If for any reason you change your mind within 48 hours of placing your order, you can amend or cancel your order as long as you let me know straight away. Once this "cooling period" has passed, your order is set in stone and you will be expected to make prompt payment. I don't take kindly to people placing orders and then never replying to my emails or paying for their order. Anyone who does this will find their order cancelled and any future orders will not be carried out.
All payments must be recieved/cleared before your order is sent out. I will not under any circumstances send out your order until I have recieved your payment.
Placing an order is your confirmation that you wish to purchase from me. Any outstanding balance which is not paid within 7 days will result in your order being cancelled and your chosen items being put back up for sale. Please contact me if you're having problems paying. Committing to buy and then ignoring requests for payment counts as an abuse of my services.
If you place a request or use my contact form to begin organising an order, I may ask you to use my order form to finalise it. This is to help me keep better track of your order, and also can be used as proof of a confirmed order.
Refunds
I don't offer refunds unless I am unable to complete or send you your order. A partial refund may be arranged if only part of your order can be completed. This is decided on an order by order basis. If you have any issues with ordering from me, please in the first instance contact me and let me know the problem, and I'll always try my best to sort things out.
